Thanks for shopping at AMAR GROCERY.COM. We’re here to help you. You can simply return or exchange products as per the below conditions. You can raise a replacement request on the Website or by calling our Customer Service team on +8801833395357 or chat with us at AMAR GROCERY.COM. A user may return any product during the time of delivery.

Here are the conditions for returning any items:

• Delivering the wrong product to customers.
• If products found damaged during delivery.
• If the product is not the same as described on the website
• If customers have received any product with the wrong quality and quantity.
• The product is delivered in an unhealthy/unexpected condition.
• Have to inform us regarding return during product receiving time.

Refund Policy:

AMAR GROCERY.COM is always trying to deliver the best products on time to customer's doorstep. But if we are not able to provide or deliver the products, we will notify you within 1 business day via phone, text, or email. If the service, that AMAR GROCERY.COM fails to complete, requires any refund, it is done maximum within 7- 10  business days after acknowledgment.

The refund payment can be done under 2 conditions:

• If the customer cancels the order (Full or Partial) after payment.
• If Amargrocery.com is not able to fulfill the order due to the product or stock unavailability.

Refund Process:

• To Apply for a refund, the customer has to contact the helpline at +8801833395357
• Our Customer Service Team will send a refund form to the customer by email from support@amargrocery.com
• The customer will fill up the refund form and resend it to support@amargrocery.com
• After receiving the email from customer Amargrocery.com will take 7 - 10 business days to process the necessary verification and complete the refund process.
• If the refund amount is below Tk 5,000, the refund amount will be disbursed through the Mobile banking or Wallet account of the customer.
• If the refund amount is above Tk. 5,000 Amargrocery.com will issue an account paycheque to the customers.
